Outside alcohol must remain in personal vehicle and cannot be brought into the hotel room or pool area. Outside Alcohol Policy – Outside Alcohol is not permitted at Soboba Casino Resort. If smoking is discovered in the room, guests will be charged a smoking fee $250 minimum. We do have designated smoking areas outside of the hotel. Smoking Policy - Hotel guestrooms are 100% non-smoking. Non-service animals that are found on property may result in removal from property and a deep cleaning fee of $250 minimum. ADA recognized service animals are welcomed. Pet Policy - Soboba Casino Resort does not allow pets on property. Soboba Casino Resort is not required to honor these rates if you do not qualify or provide proof of qualification upon arrival.
Rate Requirements - Some rates require proof of membership or qualifications that must be verified upon check-in. Complimentary room reservations will be subject to a minimum $70 cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is equal to the first night's room and tax. Reservations made on the day of arrival are confirmed past the cancellation policy and will result in a fee if cancelled. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation must be completed before 4:00PM PDT, the day prior to your arrival.
